Or in the wet snow also. My 84' has been experiencing a slight surging while driving when it is wet out. I will be going any constant speed and every so often can feel it gain a little bit of power for a moment. It runs fine, just seems to lack the normal power except in those surging moments. It runs really good on dry days. Any suggestions?
