Pretty common I hear...if the unit wasn't rebuilt properly.  Same problem
occurs on Audi 5000 (since it's pretty much the same unit).  Problem is that
the clutch housings are worn out allowing fluid pressure so leak by until
it's warmed up and need to be replaced.  May be one of our famous list
vendors have a solution for you...
