I have my heads ceramic coated. The thickness is a few microns thick. Should NOT affect the gasket sealing. I finished my engine assembley last night (finally...) and I hope to have running in a week...:)

I know of people that have coated their heads and have no sealing or corrosion problems. Maybe FGA wants the engine to fail...repeat business when the heads fail or they are lacking in knowledge about ceramic coatings..

The new generation of coatings are much better then older coatings.

I built my engine to last 200,000 miles or more!!! I am working on a website for my engine rebuild process...
