I recently had my motor replace by my local VW dealer. On occasion it will not start unless I press the gas pedal. When I hold the pedal down to keep the rpms up the exhaust smell quite rich and sounds like its flooded when I gas it (bogging). If I release the gas it immediately dies. As soon as its warmed up it will then idle fine. Most of the time I can start the vehicle and all is fine without having to press the accelerator. It is under warranty but I know if I bring it in it will work fine and they won't do anything. So all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Willie 90GL |
