I have no idea as to how these products work or if they are effective or not, but during a weekend trip to my FLAPS (Pep Boys) to look for some fuel injector cleaner, I noticed several different products that seemed to made specifically for passing an emissions test. I glanced at one and it was some sort of additive that advertised that it would help a car pass an emission test. I could be mistaken, but I think that one or two of the products "guaranteed" that the test would be passed. I don't know anything about these products, but they may offer a temporary "quick and easy fix" to your emission test problem. There were at least three or four different emission test additives at the FLAPS I visited. |
