Dave,

First make sure that you have no leaks in the system, and no air in the lines (bleed the system). If that doesn't work, check the length of the pushrod between the pedal and the clutch master cylinder. The Bentley manual has the exact length specified, but I can't remember it off the top of my head. If you need the dimension, send me a note and I'll get it for you tomorrow. The pushrod length is adjustable, but I can't see why it would need adjustment if it was correct from the factory (unless someone fiddled with it).
