hello everyone
a good friend of mine, and fellow listmember Gina "Buslady" Godat needs a good
used 4spd. trans for her '89 Vanagon Carat "Mr Ed"...she's in SoCal, but if
you have a reasonally priced one, it could be shipped...  any '83.5-'91 4
speed trans will do....
please give her a break - she's a hardworking single mom, and if she cant find
a reasonably priced used trans for "Ed"...then he may have to go to the
Vanagon junkyard.....
can anyone help her???   partial donations?? anything???  i'd hate to see her
lose her van because of this....


she would appreciate any help with finding a good used reasonably priced
trans....
