Subject:      A/C and P/S retrofit into Syncro

Could anyone advise how difficult it would be to retrofit air conditioning and power steering into a 1988 Syncro? It's a 1.9 petrol (carb) model, right hand drive. Would it be simple enough pulling the bits from a wrecking yard? If so, what parts will I need?
