When on the road, I like quick, cheap and easy one pot meals. This is one of my favorites.

Ingredients: 1 box macaroni and cheese dinner 1 can barbeque or chili flavored beans or canned chili 1 can corn or 1 pkg frozen corn

Boil water and cook macaroni as directed. If using frozen corn, throw in with the macaroni. When cooked, about 6 min., drain and stir in cheese package, milk, margarine and beans and corn (if canned).

Reheat slightly to warm everything up. Serve with tabasco, sour cream, salsa and/or corn chips or ??. The beans, corn, dairy and noodles make pretty well balanced protein. Should serve at least two.

JOHN
