good story. mine is similiar but i didn't get stuck. I went up to northern Wisconsin this past weekend with my syncro from Minneapolis just so i could find some deep snow to play around in. I found it. I started driving on a lake and no one could believe that i wasn't getting stuck. Lots of snow and underneath that lots of slush and water. It was a blast. I decided to call it quits after driving through 2 feet of slush. I didn't know if the ice was thick enough and didn't feel like breaking through. I could have used a little more power and some bigger tires though. i'll wait and get the 5 cyl conversion and some 15 in. tires.
