I suspect that list etiquette is to not pass things like this along.
It doesn't get my dander up but it has that effect on some folks.
One reason is that many of these warnings turn out to be spurious.
This one is no exception. There's a web site that lists virus hoaxes:
ciac.llnl.gov/ciac/CIACHoaxes.html
That site says that both of these "viruses" are actually hoaxes.
