John - Per your instructions, I tried using a simple welding regulator on my NO2 cylinder to drop the pressure to 40psi coupled into the connector I have on the throttle body on my 2.1L. At R&D Engines, in Rossville, GA, it DOES increase rear-wheel HP on their dyno from 82hp up to 142hp. On the road, where I notice the greatest difference is is hill-climbing, which was my main concern. I can tell you that the temp gauge climbs about an 1/8 inch going up our local mountain's 1.2 mile 6% grade at 75mph, where I struggled to make 55mph (in THIRD gear) before!

Appreciate the suggestion. I just can't see the advantage in spending $500+ for the commercially available NO2 systems. This NO2 injection business might just be an attractive alternative to all this talk of engine swapping!
