Subject: Help: Power Window Regulator
Content-type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hi,

A few weeks ago the passenger window in my 87 Westie stopped working from either control button. I am about 99% sure that the motor has died, but didnt really want to fork out $$$ until I was sure. Can anyone offer any insight on how I can test the window to make sure its not some other problem like a short or something?

Changing the regulator/motor wont be an issue, I did it to the drivers side a few months ago, but that was an obvious fix, as it was the cable that broke (still had power) and not the motor itself.

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

87 Syncro Westie
