 Having a problem w/ the current supply relay and fuel pump relay.
van wont start. Fuel pump relay switching constantly (buzzing).  Remove fuel
pump relay buzzing stops (of course) plug back in, it comes back.  Swapped
relays no change. Relay is buzzing so bad I can't hear if the pump is running
[syncro fuel tank). With the fuel pump relay removed I can hear some injectors
firing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
