how to get 360ft-lbs torque?

Bring out the bathroom scale. Stand on the bathroom scale. Attach 3.6 ft long breaker bar so that the shaft is horizontal Pull until scale registers an additional 100lbs. (E.G. final reading is your weight + 100lbs)

extra credit: Generalize this to arbitrary length bars and directions of pull.

This tip is due to Bob Hoover. Now you realize why the aircooled will never die!
