When you say new sensors, do you mean "NEW" new, "REBUILT" new, or "USED" new? Rebuilt AFMs in particular enjoy an incredibly lousy reputation.

You've checked the wiring harness, and the ECU, right? Also, is the alternator output voltage within spec?
