hi..heres the answers to the vanagon trivia quiz of last friday...(for all 2 of you who responded...talk about list participation...geez.. ;<) the question again: read this very carefully.... on a lot sits a '88 vanagon wolfsburg edition GL, a '86 vanagon wolfsburg edition, and a '84 vanagon wolfsburg edition. which one is the camper? and what kind of camper model is it? if any of the models above have tables - how are they affixed to the van? the answer: the '86 vanagon wolfsburg edition is the camper. it's a non-GL poptop camper - sometimes referred to as a "weekender westy" tho that wasnt the official term. the '88 was the 7 pass wolfsburg w/ the "Carat" style interior, and the '84 was the 7 pass wolfsburg with the weekender interior in the wonderful "shreddy blue cord" :<) both the '86, and the '88 WLE's have the fold-out-from-the-wall side tables.... you people need to learn your trivia!!!! ;<) chris |
