For those that are interested.

Counterweight crank report: I have been a 1100 miles. I got the rpms up to 4500 and the engine was very smooth and quiet.

High Tech Coating: After an hour run, I was almost being burned with the heat out put from the front heater core (Vanagons have great heat) I went to the engine compartment to check how hot it was and it was no radiant heat in the engine hatch cover nor the compartment. The block was hot but the parts in compartment were slightly warm.

Before the coatings: The hatch was warm and the compartment was hot.

Result: The counterweight crank and the coatings are working GREAT so far.

Robert
