Subject: Roof Racks for Westy Poptop
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

We just bought a 1984 Westy. A previous owner had affixed roof racks to the poptop, as evidenced by the eight carriage bolts still in place. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), no artificial rain gutters or racks came with the beast. We'd like to transport our sailboard gear on top.

Any thoughts about rack attachment methods/brands/placement/spacing on the poptop?
