I recently purchased an '82 diesel Vanagon. See it at:

It did not come with any owner's manual, etc. Are these available anywhere?
I also need a service manual. Are there any specific to the diesel Vanagon
or just the entire line? I would prefer not to pay for a bigger manual than
I need.


I need a new grill. It is broken in a couple spots. Are there any suppliers
to recommend? I sent an e-mail to that Vanagon place in PA and tried to find
one with no return or luck.


I'm also looking for a few Westy parts including a stock bed for sleeping
overnight. Are there any good used ones available (reasonable priced) from
anyone on this list?


I need a new set of hubcaps similar to the ones seen on my Vanagon pics
page. Any recommendations?


Someone e-mailed me with a plastic oil filler extension tube for my engine
but I lost his message. Are you still out there?


What engine choices will bolt up to the stock 4-speed transmission? I like
the economy of the diesel but we all know this is very underpowered.
