You are quite right, there are rubber boots on the lights, I would guess you could be able to use almost any rubber boot from any H4/E-code light unit (especially Hellas), check your junkyards, you might find something. The rubber boots are held by a lip on the light, and is to be fit over the connections on the bulb itself.
