There are microfilm service bureaus all over the North American continent (look in Yellow Pages under Microfilming) which can print each page out on a Xerox-type plain paper machine. These images will be far superior to those produced by the over-used, under-serviced run-of-the-mill library microfiche reader-printer. Not as nice as going direct to a an image file, but nice enough.
