Hi Chris,
You may want to specify what you need it for. I recently bought a truck
that had a kph 500 stamped on the face. I rather enjoyed driving 115 down
the 4 lanes but started looking for a instrument cluster that had some mph
numbers. I installed a 1600 and it read about 1/2 as much as it should have
read odo and speedo. I think the 1600 unit is for a syncro. I settled on a
cluster with 805 stamped on the speedo and all is right. My truck is an 85
so I needed to run a wire from the coil minus to the cluster for the tach.
Then there was a slight problem with the oil pressure alarm going off so I
needed to ground the 2nd oil sensor input to the cluster.
Anyone need an 85 instrument cluster with a kph 500 speedometer, temp and
tank with no clock or tach get in touch. Another interesting observation is
the truck has no oxygen sensor gear box. The speedo cable goes from the left
front wheel to the dash.
