I'm going to be placing an order for Old Man Emu "Nitro Charger" shocks for the syncro special ordered from Australia (the OME u.s. imporder does not carry them). This is the only after market shock that i am aware of that fits the syncro. They are gas shocks, valved specifically for the syncro, high quality materials. OME shocks have a very good reputation. We learned about these from Phill, a syncro owner in Australia, although he has not tried them. Price is approximately $415 for a set of 4...not much more than the stock shocks. This is a one-time list purchase. P-mail if interested. steve
