Have you tried a big chisel and a hammer? Sometimes you can position the chisel at the edge of a stuck bolt, and drive it loose. The vibration helps, and, if all else fails, you can chisel the head of the bolt off, and pull the cv over it.

Don't forget to wear eye protection, as bits of the bolt can come flying off in all sorts of directions.
