Yes, that is an alternative. But you do have to install a switch and relay and new wiring. And you have to mount them. Probably by drilling holes in your bumper. And they there they are out there on your bumper in harm's way. Mostly the misnamed $300 headlight thread (Randy's are $200), has been about better low beams with the stock square headlight look and not having to do a lot of wiring or alterations. But like you said it is an alternative. And the SA grill with round headlights is an alternative too. But, there again, most of us that have been working this thread have decided they want to keep the stock, rectangular headlight look. Thanks, Bill 90 Westy Syncro
