It has been raining in san frnacisco for weeks, it seems...the tail end of winter, i hope. There are some signs that spring is about to break. It stays light longer, some flowers are coming up, it's getting warmer AND, the most telling sign,...the westfalias are beginning their annual migration...every night this week there has been one or two camped across the street from my place along the park, which overlooks the pacific ocean. A splittie and a 70's bus. (These are in addition to the old green bus that has been camping in my neighborhood all winter.) There was a Rilata camped a couple weeks ago. No vanagons, yet. They don't come out till April, usually. Any other sightings out there from others in migration paths? steve
