Thats why those fancy one thing i've been thinking about: the most expensive thing seems to be the viscous coupling, right? wonder what it would take to build a mechanical replacement? something that required a lever to engage ... plenty of room near the gearshift, or you could have an electric solenoid type thingie. but the idea would be to remove the expensive thingie and replace it with a less-automatic-but-cheaper thingie. maybe. sorta. kinda. somewhat. ?? joel |
