Michael >what was required to mount this transmission? The only part that needed to be modifed for my install was the front mount. It needed to be shortened about 1.5 inches. Weddle took care of welding my mount. Any welder can shorten the mount. >Did you need a welder? No >Did you have to alter the shift linkage? No the tranny bolted right in and the stock shifter will connect right up. CV's bolted right up also. All connections are similar to four speeds.
> What does the shift pattern look like? First is over to the left and push donw and pull back. Second is where first is on a four speed. I had a locking diff and a special .70 first gear added. Total price is: $1700 TRANNY $300 LOCKING DIFF. $150 .70 fIFTH GEAR $56 SHIPPING TO ME $65 SHIPPING TO THEM @$300 Shift linkage= I am still debating the switch over to five speed linkage. This is the total price for all the linkge parts, I will see what parts I actually need and return the rest. Could be less. Robert
