I guess I'm with David on this one. Our '82 has the original canvas, and
doesn't leak a drop. Wassup?
That big blue diaper-cover thing looked kinda nice for long encampments in
snowy areas, (keep the heat in, and the ice/snow off the drip rails/bottom
of the canvas). But for rain...no way. I'd rather not have to lug it
around.

I don't get it.... why a protector to protect something that does not leak
already? Are people having a problem with their pop top canvas leaking? I
haven't noticed it in my 90 Westy. Is it just the older years? Or canvas
that has holes? I've been in some pretty good rain storms with no leaks.
