Subject: headlight switch failure and dash lights
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

When the headlight switch melts, do the dash lights work or not?

While driving last weekend, w/ brights on, everything was copasetic 'til we stopped to buy groceries (after about a 4 hr drive). Got back in the van and the headlights wouldn't work, except by holding the brights on. I know this has been mentioned, but no one has mentioned dash lights. If typically the dash lights do not work, I guess I need to look elsewhere for the problem.

Thanks... John '90 syncro westfalia SLC
