I used a Michelin LT in place of the stock recommended reinforced tires for a couple of years and the crosswind resistance was ZERO. It was a heck of a job to keep on the road in even moderately gusty conditions, and a steady crosswind would cause enough chassis steer to fatigue me on a fairly short drive of only a couple of hundred miles.

Since then I have used the MS 220 R70 x 14 Arizonian by Kelly with super road manners. Even stiff crosswind with high gusts is no problem. Before, it was honestly dangerous to be around traffic in those conditions. Now there is only moderate tug, but the steering stays dead on. Very reassuring, very comfortable. Respectfully, Steve Tew
