I insulated a van once in the past using these 1/2 sheets of foam covered with foil. It's used as house insulation, comes in 4X8 sheets. Fairly cheap, easy to cut and seemed to do a good job. Only drawback was the formaldihide smell that stayed around for a couple of weeks... ---------------------
