I suppose it would. The bellhousing is the same I believe so the biggest problem would be setting up a cooling system. There is so much room under that rear deck that you could probably do what they did in the Quantums and some Audis and put the radiator right next to the engine in the engine compartment with a fan that is just on all the time. Save alot of plumbing and you can use the stock coolant hoses from the car. You could even plumb up a front and rear heater core to really make that Bus of your civilized!
