I've had both good and bad experiences with them. I used to take my '76 Superbug to them exclusively. My last experience was about 4 years ago. Initially I thought that they were excellent - but quality sometimes slipped over the years. It seems to depend on which mechanic works on the vehicle. I thought the owner was very honest and fair.

I've had an extremely positive experience with KarmaKanic over the hill in Berkeley, and also good experiences with Import Specialties in Walnut Creek.

KarmaKanic: Steve Nechodom (510) 548-4494 2503 10th Street berkeley Import Specialties: (925) 930-9359 1531 Second Ave., Walnut Creek
