Hello,

Maybe if you let the van warm up for 5 min or 10 min before you left for work you would have more heat. I know the H20 vans take awhile to warm up but I always let mine warm up before I take off so I have heat=) My syncro never had a problem with warm up and neither does my 84....hope your bus is ok.
