Any list members live in Binghampton, NY or vicinity?

Eureka Tents is having their annual outlet store sale which starts on Thursday of this week. One of their tent models I believe would be an excellent tent to modify for use with the Vanagon. Its called the Space III, and has a 10'x10' footprint, nearly vertical sides and a 7' center height. The back wall could easily be modified with an additional opening for connection to the Van.

They've got 12 of these tents they are going to put into the sale that are new - priced at $318 each, and 6 used or seconds, priced at $246 each. These tents normally list for $600!

Its first-come, first served, they won't hold anything or ship anything. The sale starts at 7:00am on Thursday, and I'm 200 miles away. If there's a list member near by, maybe several of us might be interested, and they could make a few bucks for their trouble of going over to get them for us. Any interest? ? ?

You can see the tents at www.eurekacampingctr.com
