Say hey! I found the problem with the reduced output light tonight. Seems that the spade terminals used in the adapter between the stock plug and the H4 bulb are not as thick as the stock 900x bulb terminals, hence a looser fit and CORROSION! I cleaned them up with a wire brush, lubed, and they work good as new. In the future the terminals will need to be thicker and longer. All other components upstream checked out really well - I love Mr. Bosch! Randy
