And what exactly are you doing? You couldn't just push delete too?
Why did you have to post to the list? You didn;'t even give me the
courtesy of p-mailing me to let me know your thoughts like I did for
you.
It's not pushing delete that irritates me. It's having to push delete
10 times where once would have sufficed.
Unsolicited advertisement is my pet peeve. If you have something to
sell, let us know. What you are (were) now doing is the equivalent of
SPAM. No helpful content, just "Hey I have this for sale" then 30sec
later "Hey, I have that for sale". Wouldn't it have suficed to say
"Hey, this week I have this AND that for sale" in ONE message?
I understand that you need to make your money, but maybe you should
rethink your strategy a little. I guarantee that more people than
have voiced their opinion are irritated by your spammail, and
habitually delete them - even if you have something useful to say.
Consolidate your SPAM, and it might be better received.
Now my e-mail to you was polite. It was well thought out and not
offensive in any way. It was a SUGGESTION. You had to send a
smart-ass reply to the list to show how cool you are before my first
cup of coffee has even kicked in. Way to go Chris - Great sales
tactic - alienate your client-base. No wonder you have to resort to
your current sales tactics.
People DO respond to good salesmanship.
