It's a black box with a group of wires going in, and a group going out. You can use Scotch-Locks (squeeze-on wire taps) to connect the ingoing wires to the van's ground, right turn, left turn, brake and 'parking' light wires. The box will output the right signals for a 'flat-four' type connector - which is the most common on small trailers. Total cost - even if you have to buy the connector for the trailer side - should be under $30.00. Rich |
