I don't get it...If one is a criminal, and has not respect for the law, why would one choose to pull over when being "pursued" by a Vanagon? The only vehicle that isn't faster than a Vanagon is a circus clown car... But maybe these aren't for pursuit...Maybe all of those vans are used to bring large numbers of officers to the scene of a crime, such as missing money from the till at Ye Ol' Doughnut Shoppe. G.
