Charles Benett from the NYC metro area runs a vw van paint shop. the exact location changes, tho it is usually in the parking lot of Wal Mart's, surrounding the metro NYC area. he has taken vw van painting to a new height... he will paint your vanagon, with a brush, and his rates are very reasonable. any color you want, as long as it's rustoleum brown primer. extra is charged for the "flake" look. (it's actually rust flakes) but adds a defining touch. painting of the doorhandles, window rubber etc, is included in the price. this is also an enviornmentally friendly paint job, as no ozone depleting propellants are emitted from spraying, and since the rust is painted over, no rust flakes contaminate the ground; and it also saves trees as no masking paper or tape is used. (this is no joke, either!) ;<) chris |
