Quite cool with uniformed Vanagons, but then again, I'm used to see
them. The ambulance service here in my homwtown used to have a Syncro
Highroof, it was the first choice when the winter weather was really
lousy. Also the police had a couple of Vanagons, now the use two EVs as
patrol cars, while the EV is also popular as ambulances, with TDI
engines and Syncro. Of course, the fire dept. also has an EV, and even
they used to have a Vanagon, they drove a D'cab ( not equipped with
ladders and stuff, but as a staff and utility car.
