What year is it? It would be a 5 cylinder but there were many variations on it. This would be a great engine for a Vanagon especially it is a 2.2L Turbo or a 2.3L n.a. Here Audi 5000s that arn't turbo or quattro sell for $500 if it is in bad shape (autotrans dead) to $2000 for a really nice one. If it drives, I'd pay $500 for it!
