Subject: Clarification on towing
Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

I just wanted to let folks know that my ideas on towing with the Vanagon are just my own opinion. I could very well be wrong (it happens to the best of us). My opinions are worth as much as you paid for them. I really like this list in that people can freely exchange ideas. Perhaps I was wrong about towing with the Vanagon. I still wouldn't recommend it, as I still am not convinced that it is a good idea. However I can admit when I am wrong about something. Aparantly I was wrong about the physics behind the towing of objects. I put forth my ideas to start discussion on this topic. I have learned from this discussion so I feel it is worth while. What I am trying to say is that if you post something to the List and you find out your ideas are wrong then don't feel bad about changing them. That is what learning is all about and a smart man doesn't stop learning until he dies. Thanks for listening to my ramblings. Ken Wilford Van-Again John 3:16
