I agree with Steve. Big town or Small town is not the issue, all of the pollutants end up being blown eastward and as I live in Halifax, it's like breathing the exhaust of ALL of north america. Even though I am running carbs (inherited from the PO) I will continue to run my catylitic converter in an effort to do whatever I can.
