I've never had a prroblem with mine, had it about 6 years now. I always plug
it into ac
power the night before, so that it is good and cold inside, then move it out
to the camper just before we leave. We used it while camping in August in N.
Carolina, and stored my ( then 6 months old ) daughters formula/milk in it,
and it stayed plenty cold.      Jeff S.
