I switched to Redline MTL in my five speed  last night and the cold weather
(21 degrees) shifting is MUCH improved.  With the dino oil it would not go
into second in the cold weather until after a few minutes of running in
first gear to warm it up.  Now it shifter into second very easy.
If you do not have it get it and shifting will never be easier
