Why does it need to be heated? Why couldn't I use the one wire like it is
now? Is the only difference between a California cat and a Federal cat the
O2 mounting hole in the CA cat? If this is true then why not use the CA cat
in the location of the federal and insert the one wire O2 sensor there?
