Hello fellow CT person....I would suggest using some Dura Lube on your
next oil change...you will be impressed at how much it reduces the noise
in your engine! I used it in my 87 syncro(before its sad death) and it
ran stonger and more powerful=) Sounded nicer too..got rid of that
sticky lifter sound..clank clank clank when she started up. The van
went cross country twice after that without any engine problems. Both
trips were about 15k each. The last one was to AK and her tranny
cracked in half in KY while visiting a friend=( oh well AK roads beat
her up too much...but I have an 84 Wolfsburg now with 65k on the rebuild
and duralube will be in the next oil change. My dad used it in his F150
and you heard the difference just while it warmed up after the oil
change....amazing stuff=) Thats my 2cents.
